Seal-coating is simply painting your asphalt black. It does not fill cracks or damaged areas. With seal-coating, your cracked & damaged asphalt will still continue to fail. Seal-coating at this point is not recommended.

STEP 1: PREPARATION - Your existing asphalt is power cleaned and prepared. Next, any needed crack-filling/banding, slurry-skin patching and miscellaneous surface repairs are made. Note: Drying time required as needed.
STEP 2: INSTALLATION - SLURRY-COAT is made and installed on site. Loaded with special electrically charged crushed aggregates, slow-set asphalt emulsion, polymers and proprietary additives providing an amazing estate looking surface.
